We are Maine’s oldest family-owned and operated jewelers, at 116 years, and counting.

Russakoff Jewelers was founded by Susman Russakoff, a Russian immigrant, in Skowhegan, Maine in 1907.

The original location, now long gone, was on the banks of the Kennebec River.

In the 1940s Susman’s son, Archie, became the second generation of Russakoff Jewelers. He and his wife Phillis took over ownership after Susman’s passing in 1966.

Andy, Archie’s youngest son, became the third generation jeweler after his college graduation in 1983. He and Archie worked side-by-side for 10 years until Archie’s passing in 1993.

Andy and his wife Donna continue the proud tradition of honesty, integrity and quality begun by his Grandfather in 1907.
