American flag themed items sitting on a beach. Sunglasses, woven hat, and towel

As summer settles over Maine, we at Russakoff Jewelers are preparing for our annual vacation. We will be closed at the end of the day on Wednesday, July 2nd, and will reopen on Tuesday, July 22nd at 10:00 AM. During this time, we’ll be checking emails and messages periodically, and will do our absolute best to help, but won’t be able to attend to you in person.

July’s Birthstone: The Radiant Ruby

While we take a short break, July shines bright with its stunning birthstone—the ruby. Known as the “king of gemstones,” rubies have long symbolized passion, protection, and prosperity. The ruby’s deep red hue makes it one of the most sought-after stones in the world. Whether set in a classic ring or a modern pendant, a ruby is a timeless way to celebrate a July birthday, spruce up your July 4th outfit, or simply treat yourself to something fiery and beautiful. We have a stellar collection of ruby jewelry in store so come on in and check it out!

Repairs, Custom Designs & Timeless Craftsmanship

Even as we step away briefly, we’re looking forward to returning refreshed and ready for all your jewelry needs. Our custom design work has become incredibly popular—we love bringing your one-of-a-kind ideas to life. Whether you’re reimagining a family heirloom or starting from scratch with a new concept, we’re here to guide you through every step.

We also continue to offer expert jewelry repairs, from resizing rings to restoring treasured pieces to their former glory. Your jewelry deserves to last a lifetime—and beyond—and we’re proud to help make that possible.

Thank you for being part of the Russakoff Jewelers family. We hope you enjoy a beautiful, sunny July, and we’ll see you after the break!
