When your repairs are actually performed by your hometown jewelers, you know exactly who is doing the work, to what standard and you have full accountability for the piece. There are many stores and services that send repairs out – and while this may work for them, we prefer to retain full control of the quality and service of repairs for our clients, friends, and family.

We offer traditional repair, the kind work that’s been done for over a thousand years, such as brazing, stone setting, and expertly manipulating precious metals. As well, we offer in-house, cutting-edge laser welding and other processes, designed to reinforce strength, keep costs under control, and provide the highest quality repairs.
